Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All shipping and delivery times are estimated based on carrier availability and location. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, courier errors, or natural disasters.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, we will contact the customer for a reshipment fee. We do not offer refunds for shipping fees on returned packages.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you believe your item is damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once a return is approved.
